Our AI (powered by Groq-hosted Llama models and Fal.ai for document processing) helps parse documents and answer queries — but it's NOT a replacement for a qualified CA. AI can make mistakes (hallucinate), and all outputs must be reviewed by a human professional before any action is taken.

The Platform incorporates artificial intelligence tools powered by Groq-hosted Llama models (for text generation, document analysis, and chat assistance) and Fal.ai (for document visual parsing) that produce Synthetically Generated Information (SGI). AI Hallucination Risk: AI models may generate outputs that appear factually correct but are inaccurate, misleading, or entirely fabricated. Users MUST independently verify all SGI content with a qualified Chartered Accountant before reliance. The Company accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or hallucinations in SGI outputs.
Using Finucity does NOT create a professional relationship between you and the Company. We're a technology platform, not a CA firm. Any professional relationship is between you and the independent CA you engage.
The Company operates solely as an Information Technology Service Provider. Use of the Platform does NOT create: (a) a chartered accountant-client relationship between the Company and any User; (b) a fiduciary duty from the Company to any User; (c) an employer-employee relationship between the Company and any Practitioner listed on the Platform; (d) a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship of any kind between the Company and Users or Practitioners.
All professional relationships formed through the Platform are exclusively between the User and the independent Practitioner, governed by the terms agreed between them and regulated by the ICAI Code of Ethics.

Each CA on our platform is independently responsible for their own ICAI compliance, professional conduct, and regulatory obligations. Finucity verifies credentials at onboarding but doesn't supervise ongoing practice.
While the Company verifies Practitioner credentials (ICAI membership, COP status) at the time of onboarding via Decentro API: (a) ongoing regulatory compliance, including adherence to the ICAI Code of Ethics, maintenance of CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credits, and compliance with peer review requirements, is the sole responsibility of each individual Practitioner; (b) the Company does not supervise, direct, or control the professional practices of Practitioners; (c) the Company shall not be liable for any regulatory non-compliance, professional misconduct, or disciplinary actions involving Practitioners listed on the Platform.
We explicitly disclaim all implied warranties — including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. The platform is provided as-is.

All AI-generated content on the platform carries a mandatory 'AI GENERATED CONTENT — FINUCITY' label per IT Rules 2026 and ICAI guidelines. CAs using AI in client deliverables must include a specific mandatory disclosure statement.
In compliance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026 published vide G.S.R. [●] dated [●] and the ICAI Code of Ethics 13th Edition (April 2026), Guidance Note on AI in Chartered Accountancy Practice, paragraphs 4.1–4.8 requiring disclosure of AI-assisted content in all client deliverables:
(a) All Synthetically Generated Information (SGI) produced through the Platform carries a mandatory visible label ("AI GENERATED CONTENT — FINUCITY") that is prominent, easily noticeable, and adequately perceivable as required under Rule 3A of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2026;
(b) The watermark is implemented as both a visible label and embedded provenance metadata (digital fingerprint) where technically feasible;
(c) Removal, alteration, or obscuring of the AI watermark by any User constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable law;
(d) Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content used in professional communications includes the required AI disclosure.
